Programs

As-Suhbah Academy’s Evening Maktab is a nurturing and structured learning space designed to build strong Islamic foundations for boys and girls ages 6–15. Classes run Tuesday to Thursday, 6:00–8:00 PM, and will temporarily take place at Masjid Al-Farooq.

Led by Shaykh Rizwan Shariff and Ustadha Umm Khalid Shariff, the program combines sound knowledge, tarbiyah, and sincere mentorship in an environment rooted in love, discipline, and excellence.

Students will engage in comprehensive Qur’an studies, with a strong emphasis on:

• Correct recitation and Tajweed
• Memorization of selected surahs
• Essential du‘as and Ahadith
• Learning to read confidently from the Qa‘idah

Alongside Qur’an studies, students will follow the An-Nasihah Islamic Curriculum, covering core areas of Islamic knowledge:

• Fiqh
• Aqeedah
• Ahadith
• Seerah
• Tarikh (Islamic history)
• Akhlaq
• Adaab

Fee: $75/child (monthly) $65 for each additional

Our goal is not only to teach information, but to shape character. Cultivating confident Muslim youth who understand their faith, live it with integrity, and carry it with wisdom.
